How to Use the Database
By clicking on the map at the location where you would like to obtain regional seed, a list of suitable sites will appear on the right side of the page, sorted by proximity.
Clicking on a selected site will open details about that area, displayed below the map. The map will also show the approximate location of the site.
If you are interested in regional seed or more information about a site, contact the site manager using the provided email or phone number.
Do You Own a Beautiful, Species-Rich Meadow? Join Our Program!
If you are the owner or user of a species-rich meadow and would like to see more such places in your area, you can get involved by registering your site in our database. Your meadow can serve as a seed source and support nearby sites.
What Information We Need About Your Land
area size
location
ownership status of the land
meadow type, if known
We will then send a botanist to assess the site. If it meets the criteria, the meadow will be included in the Source Meadow Site Database.
