Do You Own a Beautiful, Species-Rich Meadow? Join Our Program!
If you are the owner or user of a species-rich meadow and would like to see more such places in your area, you can get involved by registering your site in our database. Your meadow can serve as a seed source and support nearby sites.
What Information We Need About Your Land
- area size
- location
- ownership status of the land
- meadow type, if known
We will then send a botanist to assess the site. If it meets the criteria, the meadow will be included in the Source Meadow Site Database.
What You Will Gain
- an opportunity to collaborate on creating regional seed mixes for your area;
- botanical data about your site;
- recommendations for meadow management.
